Mahua cookies are a premium and delicious product made using Mahua as the chief raw ingredient along with flour, butter, sugar, milk powder and other ingredients in respective proportions. These serve as source of livelihood in tribal areas in the form of value-added products from mahua.
The premium and delectable Mahua Biscuits are created with Mahua as the main raw material and the appropriate amounts of flour, butter, sugar, milk powder, and other components. These provide a means of subsistence in tribal communities in the form of mahua-derived value-added goods.

Mahua Cake

Mahua is used as the main raw material for Mahua cake, which are then prepared with additional components in the proper quantities, including flour, butter, sugar, milk powder, and other ingredients. In the form of mahua-derived value-added products, these provide a means of subsistence in tribal regions.
Mahua pulp, sugar, baking powder, citric acid, and pectin are used to make mahua jam. The jam that is being made has a wonderfully calming flavour, colour, and flavor. Overall, the jam is great whether eaten on its own or with cookies or biscuits. It is value added product from Mahua and Tamarind to uplift the tribal and rural economy.
